Stowe Community Church is an independent, non-denominational congregation known for welcoming individuals and families from all walks of life.

When we began working with Stowe Community Church, our goal was to design a functional website that both honors the church’s rich heritage and values and showcases its vibrant community, programs, and services.

The Design Journey: Beauty & Functionality in Simplicity

Stowe Community Church's previous website lacked two key elements: visual clarity and user experience. While Stowe Community Church is a vibrant, warm, and accepting community, their former website was text-heavy and visually cluttered—making it confusing rather than welcoming, and overwhelming rather than inviting.

By reducing visual clutter and refining and streamlining the copy, the new Stowe Community Church website now offers improved readability and easier navigation.

Our goal was to reflect the church’s welcoming message from top to bottom—from the homepage to the services pages. With that in mind, we focused on making each page intuitive to navigate and a joy to read.

Website Highlight: Copy That Connects

The voice and content of a website are just as important as its visuals. A partnership with Liisa Reinmann of Two Eye Copy guided the direction and tone of each section of the site, resulting in content that is warm, engaging, and reflective of the congregation’s inclusive spirit.

Nothing about the new Stowe Community Church website is unintentional. Each page highlights the importance of connection and the strong sense of community that defines the church.
