Thank you to everyone who has visited us in person since we started unlocking our doors in June. We have been learning, growing, and changing day by day based on feedback and experiences we are having through uncharted territory. Here are some answers to the Frequently Asked Questions, as of August 2021.
What are your store hours? When can I come inside?
We are open 8am to 6pm every weekday. At this time, we are allowing walk-in traffic from 9am to 4pm.
Why can't I come inside between 8am to 9am, or 4pm to 6pm?
We use these hours before and after our walk-in access to focus on production work and daily store cleaning. Our current schedule is what allows for next day pick up of projects that are dropped off, as well as allowing our store to be clean and safe. We also offer appointment-only access during these times to our immunocompromised clients.
I'm here at your locked door right now. Why are you ignoring me?
Please call us at 802-476-3615 and we will do our best to help, but we cannot hear you knock or speak through our closed doors.
Can you copy something for me?
Yes, but you will need to pick it up the next day. Please drop off and pay for your project during our walk-in hours.
Can you print something for me?
Yes, but you will need to pick it up the next day, or pay a $20 rush fee for same day service. Please email in your project or submit it through our website ahead of time.
Can I fax something / receive a fax?
No, this service has been discontinued and will not be returning.
Can I buy or order office supplies / ink or toner?
We have temporarily discontinued selling office supplies and permanently discontinued selling ink or toner.
Can I get something notarized?
No, we do not have Public Notaries on staff. Please try your local bank / credit union.
Can I get something laminated?
We are only offering lamination service for projects that we are printing. If you are looking to laminate your vaccination card we have free protective pouches available.
Can I get my large oversized architectural drawings copied?
At this time, we are offering printing services for architectural drawings. If you only have a hard copy, please try to track down the original pdf file and we can print from that.
Why did you stop offering so many things?
We had little to no demand for the above mentioned services prior to the pandemic and during, and providing these services did not allow us to focus on our projects for customers.
But, I need it right now. Can you help?
We have four self-service copying and printing options, available during our walk-in hours. Two of them are credit card only, and the other two are cash only. We offer color and black and white options. If you would like to print or scan, you will need a credit card. We have partnered with PrintWithMe to offer a super easy solution that allows you print, copy or scan right from your phone.
I'm not a copying expert, I don't know how to use a copier.
Each machine has step-by-step directions on the wall in front of it, as well as directions on the panels. We also have how-to-videos up on our youtube channel, so you can familiarize yourself with the equipment before you come in.

How much is it going to cost?
Each machine has its own established pricing, and is clearly marked at each machine. When you do it yourself you are saving money versus having us do it.
How do I pay?
Two of the machines are credit card only. The other two allow for cash payments. There is a cash box next to each machine. We do not offer change, and the pricing listed for these two machines is a suggestion, so please round as closely as you can.
Oops, I made a mistake. Can I get a refund?
Mistakes happen, and they are bummers. Unfortunately though, we can't un-print something or reuse the paper, so self-service copying, printing and scanning is non-refundable. Please be sure to follow the instructions carefully, and if you aren't sure, make one copy first to check.
I've been vaccinated, why do I need to wear a mask?
We have clients and family members who are immunocompromised or who are unable to get vaccinated. Because of this, our fully-vaccinated team has chosen to continue to wear masks, and we ask that you do the same while sharing our space. If you have forgotten yours, we have free ones available.
What else are you doing to keep the public safe?
We have plastic barricades up, social-distancing signs and floor decals, and plenty of hand sanitizer available. As mentioned above, we thoroughly clean the store daily, and we disinfect common surfaces and self-service equipment throughout the day.
